A Bit About Me
As a very sporty youngster, I played many sports, but running took me into my early twenties where I did some marathons and an ultra-distance marathon, before cycling took over. Again, this evolved from normal cycling events leading into ultra-distance bikepacking. Treating sports people and sports injuries feels like and extension of the passion I hold for sport and getting someone back to doing what they love makes me equally happy. Even where I don’t play a sport, I’ll try to understand the mechanics of the sport to help a client back to fitness and as a qualified cycling coach, I understand the training loads and how they are structured to know if a training plan is part of the problem and will advise accordingly.
